Reconnecting Accounting Data

In rare occasions, you may need to reconnect your accounting data if you have disconnected it in the past, or if there is an issue with Xero/QuickBooks authentication. In order to make sure your investors/partners have access to the latest financials, you can reconnect a disconnected accounting source at anytime:

Go to the Data Sources page

Find the accounting entity you want to reconnect

Open the more options “…” button and then click "Reconnect"

Authenticate and re-authorize the target accounting source with Xero/QuickBooks

Disconnecting Accounting Data

You can disconnect an accounting source at anytime:

Go to the Data Sources page

Find the accounting entity you want to disconnect

Open the more options “…” button and then click "Disconnect"

This ensures that this accounting source will no longer continue to sync the latest data

When you disconnect, your investor will no longer receive updated data, but historical data already shared remains accessible to them.
