Due Diligence Databook is a more sophisticated institutional financial model that can be used for Financial Due Diligence Process.

The model is best for Accountants or users with detailed financial adjustments/analysis needs and for comprehensive diligence.

General Usage Tips
- Most toggles only affect the current page.
- Most pages are displayed in the same structure, from left to right are: Account name → Monthly financials → Annual Financials → YoY changes/% of Revenue
- Some financials are hidden by default, click “+” on the top to reveal.
- Input/adjustable cells are displayed in blue font with a blue background.

- Enter any manual adjustment you need in the Blue cells, changes will reflect on
recasttabs in Financial section.

- Proof of Cash Analysis
- Compares cash “inflows”, “outflows”, and “end balance” between bank statements and financial records.
