Two Types of Files

Files companies share with you:

  • Companies can upload files to share with you (financial statements, cap tables, etc)
  • These files are accessible to you and all members of your organization to download

Files you/your team members upload (internal):

⚠️

Important: Files that you or your organization members upload are only accessible to members of your organization. The companies you're evaluating cannot see these files.

  • Use these for due diligence notes, analysis, and internal research to share with the rest of your team on Verified Metrics
