Add team members to your organization so they can collaborate on due diligence and access shared portfolio companies.

How to Invite Users to Your Organization

  1. Go to the "My Org" page
  1. Click "Invite New User"
  1. Enter the recipient's email address

      For security purposes, we require that invited users have an email address matching your organization's domain. This ensures only authorized members of your business can access your organization's data.

  1. Click "Send Invitation"

The recipient will receive an email invitation to join your organization on Verified Metrics.

 

Managing Invitations

If Someone Hasn't Responded

You can resend the invitation from the "My Org" page:

  1. Go to "My Org"
  1. Find the pending invitation
  1. Click "Resend Invitation"

When Someone Accepts

You'll be notified by email when an invited user creates their account. The new user will appear as "Active" on your organization’s list of users.

 

What Organization Members Have Access To

Shared Access

All members of your organization have access to:

  • Uploaded files
  • The ability to connect accounting/banking data sources, and to upload/download files
  • The ability to invite additional users to the organization
  • Accept requests to data requests from investors, if they were the specified recipient of the request
