Who can see my companies and their data?

All members of your organization can see all companies you've added and can access all data that companies have shared. Files you upload are also visible to your team (but not to companies).

Each investor-company relationship is completely separate - no other Verified Metrics users outside your organization can see your data. Your companies are private to your organization.

AI Chats

Chats are private to each user: only you can see your own chat history.

Can I remove a company?

While you cannot delete a company, you can archive it by clicking the “Archive company” (archive box icon) button on the top right corner of a company card, or at the far right of the company in table view.

You can always access your archived companies by clicking the “Archive” tab on the “Companies” page. Archived companies can be restored to the “Companies” tab at anytime.

How is my data kept private?

My portfolio company has not connected their company data yet. What can I do?

If a company hasn't connected their company data, there are a few options and tips to help move the process forward:

  1. Resend the invitation the email could get lost in the shuffle - you can always resend the invitation in Verified Metrics in the company overview page
  1. Follow up personally via email or phone - a direct message from you often works better
  1. Try a different contact - you can send a request to a different contact anytime from the company overview page
  1. Check if email bounced - verify the email address is correct

Can I remove a member of my organization?

While our platform does not allow you to delete or remove members of your organization, you can reach out to our support team via email to assist you in with this matter - support@verifiedmetrics.com
