Creating your account
At this time, Verified Metrics is invitation-only for companies/portfolio companies. You can only create an account when invited by an investor or partner who wants to access your financial data.

If you've received an invitation email, please follow these steps to create your account and respond to their data request.
Important: Creating your account from the invitation link automatically accepts the data share request from the investor who invited you. Any data you connect or upload will be immediately accessible to them.
How to Create Your Account
- Click the invitation link in the email from Verified Metrics
- Create a password
- Click "Create Account"
What Happens After Account Creation
Once your account is created:
- You'll be logged into Verified Metrics
- Next step: Connect your accounting or banking data or upload files - you can keep track of what is left to connect by looking at the checklist on your dashboard

You can also manage and connect additional data sources in the “Data Sources” page, or manage and upload additional documents in the “Files” page.
Data will be immediately shared with your investors/partners. You can also skip connecting data initially and do it later, but your investors/partners won't have access to data to begin analysis on your company until you connect data or upload documents.
Troubleshooting
Invitation link expired or doesn't work
Please contact the investor who sent the request - they can resend a fresh invitation. Or if you are having trouble reaching your investors, you can email support@verifiedmetrics.com for further help.
Email address already in use
- You may already have an account
- Try logging in with your existing credentials
- Reset your password if you forgot it
Didn't receive invitation email
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ask the investor to resend the invitation
- Contact support@verifiedmetrics.com
