Inviting others to your organization
Add team members to your organization so they can collaborate on due diligence and access shared portfolio companies.
How to Invite Users to Your Organization

- Go to the "My Org" page (Click the company name in the upper-left corner)
- Click "Invite New User"
- Enter the recipient's email address
For security purposes, we require that invited users have an email address matching your organization's domain. This ensures only authorized members of your business can access your organization's data.
- Click "Send Invitation"
The recipient will receive an email invitation to join your organization on Verified Metrics.
Managing Invitations
If Someone Hasn't Responded
You can resend the invitation from the "My Org" page:
- Go to "My Org"
- Find the pending invitation
- Click "Resend Invitation"
When Someone Accepts
You'll be notified by email when an invited user creates their account. The new user will appear as "Active" on your organization’s list of users.
What Organization Members Have Access To
Shared Access
All members of your organization have access to:
Companies
- All companies added by anyone in the organization
- All data shared by those companies
- Company overview and investment analysis
Capabilities
- Add new companies to the organization
- Request data from companies
- Create automated models
- Invite additional users to the organization
When anyone adds a company or receives data, it's automatically accessible to all members of your organization.
Private Access
AI Chats are private - each user has their own chat sessions that are not visible to other organization members.
- Your chats remain private to you
- Chat history is not shared across organization members
This allows team members to explore different questions without cluttering each other's chat history.
