AI Data Room summaries

Verified Metrics uses AI to summarize individual files and entire data rooms — so you can get a high-level read on what's in a company's data without opening every document.

Every file (that is a supported file type for AI summaries) the company uploads gets an AI-generated summary, shown alongside the file. This gives you a quick read on what the file contains before opening it.

You can also trigger a summary on files your team has uploaded — useful when reviewing materials your colleagues added.

Once a company has uploaded at least two files in supported formats, Verified Metrics generates a summary of their entire data room. The summary will include:

The high-level overview appears on the data room landing page. The detailed view shows each section in full.

The data room summary refreshes once a day if the company's data room has changed (for example, if a new file was uploaded).

You can also manually trigger a refresh. An indicator will show when there are recent changes worth refreshing for.

AI-generated summaries are a starting point, not a substitute for reading the underlying documents. Always verify against the source file before making decisions based on a summary.
